Taavi advises clients in matters relating to corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, as well as regulatory compliance and licensing at Hedman Law Firm, based in Tallinn. He has been part of a working group that worked on the development of start-up sector model documents in Estonia, which aimed to create accessible documents for the start-up ecosystem to use as best practice in investments.
