About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and detail-driven Event & Operations Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a high-level investment summit in Nice. You'll manage the logistics, timeline, vendor relationships, and on-the-ground execution to ensure a seamless delegate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the end-to-end event timeline, from planning to onsite delivery
Liaise with venues, AV providers, caterers, and other key suppliers
Oversee registration, delegate experience, and onsite logistics
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and materials for speakers and VIP guests
Create event documentation (run-of-show, floorplans, supplier schedules)
Ensure risk assessments, insurance, and compliance are in place
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in event/project management
Proven track record of managing B2B or high-level executive events
Ability to manage multiple moving parts, suppliers, and deadlines
Comfortable working independently and problem-solving under pressure
Fluent in English and French, Arabic is a plus
